The judge of the National Court Manuel García-Castellón, who is investigating the Tsunami case, has asked the Civil Guard to locate the Catalan ERC deputy Rubén Wagensberg, who last week announced that he had moved to Switzerland to prepare his legal defense in this procedure.

The judge has adopted this decision considering that "one of the purposes" of the investigation phase is to "ensure" the availability before the court of those allegedly responsible for the facts investigated. Wagensberg announced that he had moved to Switzerland due to "fear" of suffering "arbitrary detention."

A few months ago, the judge asked the Supreme Court to take up this case as both

Wagensberg

and the former Catalan president

Carles Puigdemont

were convicted , against whom García-Castellón sees signs of terrorism in this procedure.
