Strengthen vocational skills training for migrant workers and promote order-based, orientation, and fixed-job training models. Provide employment support for older migrant workers. Actively promote work-for-relief in key engineering projects and agricultural and rural infrastructure construction, and continue to expand the scale of labor remuneration.
