Deputy commander of the special operations forces brigade of the Belarusian Armed Forces, Vadim Bobilevich, stated this on the STV channel.
“Yes, indeed, our brigade is currently carrying out tasks to strengthen one of the sections of the state border - in the southern direction,” he said.
Earlier, the Chairman of the State Border Committee of Belarus, Konstantin Molostov, said that the Ukrainian military continues to build defensive positions on the border with the republic.
Also in Belarus, an SBU agent was detained who was delivering weapons and UAVs across the border.
