“On behalf of all Kursk residents, I express my condolences to the residents of the Lugansk People’s Republic. The Kursk region mourns with you. And I’m always ready to help,” the governor wrote in his personal Telegram channel.
Earlier, Ambassador at Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry on the crimes of the Kyiv regime, Rodion Miroshnik, called the shelling of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Lisichansk a deliberate war crime.
