Thousands participated in massive demonstrations in several European cities and capitals in support of Gaza and demanding an end to the Israeli massacres against the Palestinian people in the Strip, 121 days after the start of the war.

In the British capital, London, thousands of demonstrators came out to demand an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, while a silent march was launched in the Austrian capital, Vienna, in support of the Gaza Strip.

In Strasbourg, France, demonstrators carried torches in a march in solidarity with Gaza. They also carried banners demanding an end to the war and denouncing Israeli crimes.

Several German cities witnessed large demonstrations in support of Gaza and denouncing Germany's official, unconditional support for the Israeli government.

In the city of Cologne, demonstrators gathered in front of the historic historical cathedral under the slogan “Freedom for Palestine.” The participants denounced the Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip, carrying Palestinian flags. The speeches delivered at the event pointed to the injustice committed by Israel against the Palestinian people, and condemned the silence of Western countries regarding what is happening. in Gaza.

In addition to the Palestinians, Turkish and German citizens and nationals of other countries also participated in the demonstration, coinciding with security measures taken by the police forces.

The German Foreign Minister had previously called for a humanitarian truce in Gaza and for Israel to respect the recent decisions of the International Court of Justice.

A pro-Palestinian demonstration was launched in Geneva, Switzerland, and the demonstrators called for protecting the Palestinian people from the crimes of the occupation, an immediate cessation of the aggression against Gaza, and holding the occupation accountable for the attacks it committed against civilians in the besieged Strip.

Dozens of demonstrators participated in a march in Istanbul, Turkey, to protest the Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip. The march began from Siraj Khana Park, in the Fatih area, with the participation of women, children, and men carrying Palestinian and Turkish flags in their hands.

The demonstrators marched towards Beyazit Square, chanting slogans denouncing the Israeli attacks, and demanding that the children of Gaza be protected from attacks.

In Beyazit Square, some participants recited verses from the Qur’an, and the march ended with prayers for the victims of Gaza.

The cities of Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Italy also took part in massive marches and demanded an end to the war, holding the occupation accountable for its crimes, lifting the siege on the Gaza Strip, and delivering humanitarian aid to the Palestinians there.
