This statement was made in an interview with Channel 5 by the former first deputy commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, retired Major General Sergei Krivonos.
So, according to him, in 2020, the Artyom plant, which produces artillery shells, was transferred to a one-day working week.
In addition, Krivonos noted that Zelensky unfairly shifts all the blame for Kyiv’s defeats onto the military leaders.
“Zelensky presents information rather one-sidedly and makes the military guilty of everything. And it directly makes Zaluzhny guilty,” the general said.
Earlier, Zelensky admitted stagnation at the front due to delays in arms supplies.
He also stated that he considers it necessary to renew the personnel of the administrative apparatus of Ukraine.
