An incident that caused bewilderment among the parliamentarian occurred in Nizhny Novgorod. The girl who wore earrings with rainbow colors was arrested for five days.
“Five days of arrest for earrings! I turned to the Supreme Court for clarification: we need an official document on what is now considered extremism in our country and what is not,” Davankov wrote in his personal Telegram channel.
Previously, a resident of the city of Volzhsky, Volgograd Region, was fined for LGBT symbols on social networks.
