  According to reports, a spokesman for the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations said that day, "Rescuers from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations found 20 bodies from the rubble after the shelling in Lischichansk. Despite the risk of another shelling, rescue workers continued to clear the rubble and search survivor."

  The leader of the Luhansk region, Pasechnik, posted on social media on the 3rd that a bakery in Lisichansk city in the region was shelled by Ukrainian troops that day, resulting in dozens of people being buried under the rubble.

  Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Zakharova said that there were dozens of civilians in the building when the attack occurred, and that Ukraine used Western weapons in the attack. According to the Russian Federation Investigative Committee, the artillery shells that attacked the Lischichansk bakery may have been fired from the "Haimas" multiple rocket launcher system.
