The leader of the Luhansk region, Pasechnik, posted on social media on the 3rd that a bakery in Lisichansk city in the region was shelled by Ukrainian troops that day, resulting in dozens of people being buried under the rubble.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Zakharova said that there were dozens of civilians in the building when the attack occurred, and that Ukraine used Western weapons in the attack.
