Liang Wei, chairman of the Berlin-Beijing Arts and Culture Association and piano educator, said that the participants of this music festival are all Chinese. The reason why it is called the International Music Festival is to create opportunities for students who have not yet had the opportunity to study abroad to go global. "We will make it a learning and furthering journey that young musicians around the world aspire to, and realize its international character."

Liang Wei said that "Winterreise" comes from Schubert's art songs. Because he is in Germany, and teacher Wang Xiaohan has received more than ten years of German piano education. Due to many connections, the music festival was scheduled to be held in Berlin, Germany, where the Berlin-Beijing Arts and Culture Association is located. (over)
