　　On the occasion of the Spring Festival of the Year of the Dragon, Xi Jinping went to Tianjin from February 1st to 2nd to visit and express condolences to grassroots cadres and the masses. The first stop of this trip was Liubu Village, which was severely affected by extreme rainfall in North China last year.
