Speaking about the EU's decision to provide new financial assistance to Ukraine, the chairman of the lower house of the Russian parliament noted that this money will be used to incite war instead of helping the people of Europe and solving internal problems.

“The leadership of the European Union and its member states is irresponsible in making decisions and acts contrary to national interests,” Volodin wrote in his personal Telegram channel, adding that in such a situation, new leaders of EU countries and members of the European Parliament are inevitable.

Earlier, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said that the new EU aid package in the amount of €50 billion will not be spent on weapons for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but on saving the Ukrainian economy.
