As the brother of the chemistry teacher Vitaly told RT, the footage without any text was sent the other day from an anonymous account. It turned out that it was a ninth-grader who did it.

The girl’s relationship with the teacher “was normal”; it is unclear what caused the act, Vitaly emphasizes.

“She says that it seems that her friend persuaded her to send the video, but she herself did not want to do it. She has already apologized and apologized to her sister, assuring that she is sorry,” the interlocutor said.

The police are identifying all the participants in this story, Vitaly added.

Russian President Vladimir Putin in early January ordered the submission of proposals to protect teachers from bullying on social networks.

Also in March 2023, Deputy Speaker of the State Duma from the Liberal Democratic Party Boris Chernyshov introduced a bill to the Duma that would introduce into the law the principle of “protecting the honor and dignity of teaching staff.”
