The head of the LPR, Leonid Pasechnik, announced this on Telegram.
“Knowing that on the weekend residents of Lisichansk come to the bakery where bread is baked, they opened fire on the building,” he wrote.
According to Pasechnik, three people were taken to the hospital with injuries. Several dozen more civilians may remain under rubble.
Earlier, the outskirts of the village of Dolgoye in the Belgorod region were attacked by a kamikaze drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. An infrastructure facility was damaged.
The mayor of Donetsk, Alexey Kulemzin, reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine shelled the territory of Donetsk in the Donetsk People's Republic four times within 24 hours.
