On the 439th km of the federal highway Tyumen - Khanty-Mansiysk, a Suzuki and a Toyota collided. According to preliminary data, the Suzuki driver drove into the oncoming lane while performing an overtaking maneuver.
It is clarified that the impact threw the Suzuki onto an overtaken heavy truck, and then onto two more trucks.
“Three men were killed: the driver and two passengers of the Suzuki,” the department said in a statement.
Traffic police crews are working at the scene of the accident.
Previously, three people were killed and two more were injured due to a car collision in the Saratov region.
