“Service is 24/7. You cannot serve the Motherland only from 08:00 to 17:00. Therefore, you need to consult with the leadership of the Ministry of Defense and find out the opinion of the military personnel themselves. I think it would be great if the guys could be close to their mother and their heir or heir before the birth of the child. This would be great, but without agreement directly with those interested, it will be impossible,” the parliamentarian believes.
Earlier, State Duma deputy Ivan Sukharev proposed introducing leave of up to ten days for military personnel in connection with the birth of a child.
