“Employees... of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Rostov Region, together with operatives of the regional FSB Directorate, detained three members of the group who are suspected of organizing illegal migration,” the message says.

It was established that a 47-year-old local resident created an organization in the city of Rostov-on-Don that specializes in providing services for taking exams on knowledge of the Russian language and the basics of Russian legislation for obtaining citizenship of the Russian Federation.

Earlier, law enforcement officers conducted mass checks of migrants in Yakutsk after the high-profile murder of a local resident, in which a young man from Tajikistan was suspected.
