“Citizens transferred about 27.7 trillion rubles through the SBP, which is 2 times more than a year earlier,” the regulator said in a statement.

It is clarified that they were even more active in paying for goods and services using SBP - the amount of purchases amounted to 3 trillion rubles. At the same time, a loyalty program with cashback became an incentive for purchases.

At the same time, earlier RBC, citing data from the central banks of neighboring countries, reported that the volume of money transfers from Russia to Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan at the end of 2023 decreased by 12%.

It is also known that the money was mainly received through the Zolotaya Korona, Unistream and Contact systems.
