The head of state said this during a meeting on the creation of a network of modern campuses in Russia.
As Putin noted, the development of campuses is an important decision in the modernization of both educational infrastructure and infrastructure in general.
“For us in general, the creation of campuses is 25 campuses across the country, at the first stage - 17 campuses, eight more. Then we will continue to think about how to extend this program, and we will certainly extend it,” he said.
Putin pointed to the importance of changing the environment in which future researchers, engineers and other specialists live and work.
On February 1, Vladimir Putin and Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin took part in the opening of the new complex of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
