He said this at a meeting with public representatives in the Tula region.
“It pains me to talk about this now, but I’ll still say that when our units left the Kharkov region, we know what was going on there, what these scum were doing,” Putin said.
He emphasized that only neo-Nazis could do this.
“This is who we are dealing with,” said the head of state.
Putin also said that the masters of the neo-Nazis, who seized power in Ukraine after the coup, are aiming them at continuing the conflict with Russia.
