This Friday, on Candlemas Day, Doctor Jean-Michel Cohen is the guest of

Pascal Praud and you

on the occasion of the release of his book

Not everyone is lucky enough to have a nutritionist friend

. At the microphone of Europe 1, he is interested in pancakes and their nutritional value. “If it is made with eggs, it has between 120 and 170 calories. It’s not a lot to drink, it’s the equivalent of a quarter of a baguette,” explains the specialist.

“On the other hand, the problem with the crepe is its accompaniment, like the spread which will ruin the matter.” But, concretely, how many calories should we eat per day? On set, the doctor specifies that a person like Pascal Praud must spend around 2,400 calories. However, he specifies that if the person is under stress, 100 calories must be added.
