“We absolutely need to wait until the war is over before we organize them,” he added.

Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Vladimir Zelensky is increasingly falling out of the hands of Western curators. According to him, Moscow has heard that the West is advising Kyiv to hold elections in order to “bring Zelensky a little” into the mainstream of Western interests.

On November 30, deputies of all factions of the Verkhovna Rada signed a document stating that it is impossible to hold either parliamentary or presidential elections in Ukraine until the end of hostilities.
