This was reported by a representative of the joint press service of the courts of the Rostov region.
“The verdict was reached... in relation to Tigran Rubenovich Mkrtchyan, who was found guilty of committing a crime under Part 2 of Art. 293 of the Criminal Code of Russia,” RIA Novosti reports.
It is noted that Mkrtchyan, when providing medical assistance to the convict, committed negligence, which resulted in the death of the latter.
Earlier, the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, ordered a report on the progress of the investigation into the incident in Surgut (KhMAO), where a woman died after visiting the district clinical hospital.
