Marco Raduano, 40, is the leader of "Società Foggiana", a mafia group active in the southern Italian province of Foggia, Puglia. His right-hand man, Gianluigi Troiana, was simultaneously arrested in Otura, near Granada, in southern Spain, according to a carabinieri press release.
