Footage published by the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense is said to show a sea drone attack on the Russian missile ship Ivanovets off the west coast of Crimea. Clear damage can be seen in the video images, which could not be independently verified.
According to Ukrainian military intelligence, the Ivanovets was sunk in the attack on Thursday night. Russia has not yet confirmed the incident. The Ukrainian military has already sunk or at least seriously damaged Russian warships with missiles and naval drones on several occasions. The Black Sea Fleet was thus largely pushed out of the western part of the Black Sea.
