“The law banning “nalivaki” has been adopted,” the message says.
He clarified that regional authorities have the right to establish requirements for the sale of beer, cider and other alcoholic beverages in restaurants, bars, cafes, buffets, as well as to limit the time for the sale of alcohol in public catering establishments located in apartment buildings and in adjacent areas.
It is clarified that the requirement does not apply to restaurants.
In December 2023, it was reported that the State Duma adopted in the first reading a draft on the right of regions to ban “nalivayki”.
