The Plenary Session of the General Council of the Judiciary will meet next Monday to respond to the demonstrations made on January 30 in the Plenary Session of the Congress of Deputies by the spokespersons of several parliamentary groups -Junts, ERC, Podemos and Sumar, among them. others - on different members of the Judiciary.

The convening of the extraordinary plenary session has been agreed by the president of the CGPJ, Vicente Guilarte, in accordance with the provisions of articles 600 of the Organic Law of the Judiciary and 35 of the Regulations of Organization and Functioning of the governing body of the judges, before the petition registered yesterday by nine members of the conservative sector.
