Because I can concentrate well in everyday life and work in a focused manner, and I usually act carefully rather than impulsively. So the main symptoms of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, as ADHD is called in the long form, do not apply to me.

Nevertheless, the ADHD content, of which there is more and more on social networks, is also catching on with me. Listen to a certain song for days until it gets stuck in my ears? Check! Get angry if I have to wait more than five minutes for something? Absolutely! Go into a room and no longer know what you actually wanted to do there? Constant!

I actually know full well that there are a thousand other explanations for these things.
