Also, the International Court of Justice rejected most of Ukraine’s claims against Russia under the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination in Crimea.

Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia to the UN Maria Zabolotskaya said that Moscow, after the decision of the International Court of Justice on the claim of Ukraine, expects an apology from everyone who in the General Assembly accused Russia of discrimination against the Crimean Tatars and Ukrainians.
