The department wrote about this in its Telegram channel.
“Taking into account the position of the Lublin interdistrict prosecutor’s office, a resident of the capital was sentenced to 13 years in prison for driving his son to suicide... The man will serve his sentence in a high-security correctional colony,” the message says.
According to the prosecutor's office, the man abused alcohol and used violence against his son. He also shouted at the child and insulted him.
Earlier, the Ordzhonikidze District Court of Yekaterinburg passed a verdict against three young people in the case of inciting a 19-year-old student to commit suicide.
