According to Aliyev, it is necessary to bring this issue to its logical conclusion through the signing of a peace treaty, but at the same time, Armenia must renounce territorial claims against Azerbaijan.

Earlier, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan proposed that Azerbaijan conclude a non-aggression pact if the process of signing a peace treaty drags on.

It also became known that the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia could hold a meeting on the common border of the two countries.
