“For committing this offense, by decision of the Volzhsky City Court, Artyom P. was assigned an administrative penalty in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of 1 thousand rubles,” the message says.
Earlier, the Tagansky Court of Moscow registered a new administrative protocol against the online cinema “Ivi” for showing films with LGBT* scenes without the 18+ marking.
* LGBT organization is recognized as extremist, its activities are prohibited in Russia by decision of the Supreme Court of November 30, 2023.
