A 50-year-old man has been arrested as the alleged perpetrator of sexual and physical attacks on his romantic partner, whom he had
held for hours with zip ties, on her feet and hands
, in a cell, according to the Guard. Civil.
The woman, injured and with hit marks on different parts of her body, managed to cut her ties, flee the farm and get help. She was admitted to the hospital, where agents of the Judicial Police corroborated the complaint that had been filed at the Benemérita barracks in Villalbilla, a small town in the east of the Community of Madrid.
At the hospital, the agents were informed that the woman had suffered an
abortion days before
, "which according to the forensic doctor could be compatible with the blows received."
CIVIL GUARD
In the search of the property, a small and unhealthy underground room
was found
, crammed with garbage and belongings, with ladders as well as numerous zip ties,
knives and a compressed air shotgun.
The alleged aggressor, who has numerous criminal records, is in prison accused of crimes of sexual assault, illegal detention, injuries, physical and psychological abuse and against moral integrity, within the scope of gender violence.
