The coordinator of the pro-Russian Nikolaev underground, Sergei Lebedev, stated this in a conversation with RIA Novosti.
According to the agency’s interlocutor, at least five arrivals at Ukrainian Armed Forces facilities were recorded.
“Hits were recorded in the area of the Kharkov Tractor Plant - military equipment is being repaired there, and ammo and fuel and lubricants are also stored there,” Lebedev said.
He added that the Russian Armed Forces also hit the Ukrtelecom building, where high-ranking military personnel, as well as foreign specialists, are located.
Earlier, Military Chronicle wrote that on January 30, the Russian Armed Forces allegedly struck a concentration of foreign mercenaries in Kharkov.
