“More than 500 thousand applications have already been submitted to participate in remote electronic voting in two days,” the message says.

The Ministry of Digital Development reminded that applications for participation in the DEG are accepted at State Services until 23:59 on March 11.

Earlier, during a meeting of the Central Election Commission, it was decided that remote electronic voting will be held for the first time in the presidential elections in Russia.

According to the head of the Russian Central Election Commission, Ella Pamfilova, applications to participate in online voting in the Russian presidential elections were received from 28 constituent entities of the country.
