During her visit to
Estirando el chicle
,
Martina Klein
acknowledged that she is aware that
she is liked.
That is probably what
has saved him
from receiving certain criticism. In the
Carolina Iglesias and Victoria Martín
podcast , the former model (or postmodel, as she very gracefully defines herself) was
blunt
about the price of popularity, but also admitted that in her case
it has not been a high price. .
Maybe because she, from the first moment, showed herself to be a normal woman, as far as possible.

As her friend Verónica Blume
did a few years ago
on her own podcast, Klein spoke in
Stretching
about the issue of
thinness.
With the perspective of 30 years of career (see: postmodel), he freely admitted that he is still
unable to eat a hamburger
and fries without feeling guilty. And that, with the number of EDs that he has had around her, it was extremely lucky that she had not fallen into one.
But it didn't go to the other extreme either, the one in which certain models complain about being just models. That
they don't let them have too much opinion
about their jobs. "You're pretty and you walk": this is how she, with her usual reticence, Carolina Iglesias, defined the modeling profession. "Well, yes, it's a bit like that," responded Martina, perfectly aware (see: 30 years of career, postmodel) that
sublimating modeling
is just as grotesque as considering that models, just because they are models, are stupid.

There are very stupid models
but also very smart models. And very funny. There are those that bet on
mystery
(I have never heard the voice of some topmodels) and others on offering a
friendly and thuggish image.
Martina Klein is one of the latter, although that does not stop her from sticking out her chest when she says that
she has worked with Peter Lindberg.
In one of the photos taken by the photography genius, Martina is
with Shirley Mallman and Missy Rayder,
two other legendary postmodels.
In their not-too-well-groomed Instagram profiles, Mallman and Rayder alternate photos of their lives with professional images that demonstrate that they are still
two extraordinary models.
Martina Klein too, but she has a plus of closeness. You imagine her missing the bus or
doing the shopping without a list
and returning home without what she really should have taken from the supermarket. That probably keeps Prada from counting on her for a show, but it allows her to go to a place like
Stretching the Gum
and
we like her even better.
