In any case, it is necessary to promptly give a criminal legal assessment of these aggressive and provocative statements. The initiation of a criminal case and refusal to appear before the investigator may become the basis for putting Bogdanova on the international wanted list, as well as conviction in absentia and transfer of the wanted card to Interpol,” concluded RT’s interlocutor.
