It is noted that improvements in the Russian Armed Forces' electronic warfare capabilities have reduced the effectiveness of GPS-guided munitions such as HIMARS missiles or Excalibur shells.
The author of the publication believes that the Ukrainian Armed Forces now need to supply a completely new weapon that will replace HIMARS.
