  In terms of broadening talent source channels, it is required to expand employment channels based on the characteristics of elderly care service positions, guide talents to find employment and entrepreneurship in the elderly care service field, support cross-industry and cross-field talent flow, and implement employment and entrepreneurship support policies to start businesses in areas with weak foundations such as rural areas.
