The corresponding statement was made by one of the leaders of the political force, Natalya Paraska, at a briefing.

She noted that opposition forces may have different views on various issues, but at the same time they all see that Sandu and her party are leading Moldova “to economic disaster and social upheaval.”

“Today I would like to appeal to all opposition political forces... We understand that Maia Sandu and PAS are systematically destroying the opposition, limiting freedom of speech and taking away our civil rights. We propose to start a dialogue on the consolidation of all opposition forces under the slogan “Moldova without Maia Sandu, Moldova without PAS,” RIA Novosti quotes her.

Paraska emphasized that the opposition forces have only one chance to stop Sandu’s lawlessness, since, having been re-elected, the country will step even further along the path to dictatorship.

“And our common task is to prevent this,” she emphasized.

Earlier, the leader of the Moldovan opposition party “Chance,” Alexey Lungu, said that the Moldovan authorities had failed to cope with the consequences of the economic crisis and the Moldovan economy “continues to fly into the abyss.”
