The Palestinian News Agency (Wafa) reported that the bodies of about 100 martyrs were buried in a mass grave in Rafah. The occupation had stolen them from various areas of the Gaza Strip and delivered them this morning through the Kerem Shalom crossing.

The agency stated that some of the bodies were decomposed, and explained that the bodies were stolen by occupation soldiers from hospitals and cemeteries during their raids on various areas of the Gaza Strip during their ground operations.

The agency quoted medical sources as saying that inspection of the bodies showed that the occupation had stolen organs from some of them.

The bodies arrived at an open area in Rafah, where workers and paramedics waited next to a long line of freshly dug graves. The bodies, wrapped in blue plastic bags, were transported to the site in a refrigerated truck.

The Israeli army had previously detained the bodies of martyrs more than once during the genocidal war, and had also exhumed graves and stolen some of the bodies of the martyrs from them.

The Ministry of Religious Affairs in the Gaza Strip says that the occupation army “demolished, destroyed or vandalized more than two thousand graves in 20 official and random cemeteries and inside hospitals” during the war on Gaza since last October.

Mass graves have spread throughout the Gaza Strip, with the number of martyrs rising as a result of the Israeli bombing, and the families of the martyrs are forced to bury them in a hurry in the courtyards of hospitals and schools.

The Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, from last October 7 until today, Tuesday, left 26,751 martyrs and 65,636 wounded, according to the Palestinian authorities, and caused massive destruction and an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe, according to the United Nations.
