Felipe VI

already warned years ago. Asked about the Princess of Asturias, he stated: "You are going to get tired of seeing her." And that phrase seems to have been a prophecy, because it is true that since Doña Leonor entered the General Military Academy last August,

more is known about her life and her hobbies

than in the past 18 years. Thus, this weekend the image of the Heredera

in Murcia surprised many,

participating in the XXIV Sports Championship of Military Academies for Officers, known as Interacademias, which is held every two years at the General Air Academy of San Javier (Murcia ). There, the Princess and her team obtained

the silver medal for her skill

with the florin, with which Leonor demonstrated that she practices

fencing

Princess Leonor's bar (and hamburger) route in Zaragoza, like just another cadet

But after this weekend off, although with her colleagues from Zaragoza, the Princess of Asturias

has already returned to her routine

at the General Military Academy, where

long days of training

await her . Because February is traditionally a

physically demanding month

for students. If the Princess already spent a few moments of intense training in the first weeks at the Academy, this Saturday begins a week of training at the San Gregorio Maneuver Field that will last until February 9. These are

six days of instruction

and training that the ladies and gentlemen cadets of the second course carry out to practice

platoon combat modules.

The young people are deployed to different points of the

maneuver field

- which is the largest in Europe - and must put into practice all the knowledge acquired so far to

survive and achieve the objectives

set by their commanders. Thus, they will use their topographical knowledge and will also

practice assault with live fire.

Also the Princess of Asturias, of whom the Royal Family distributed images with her campaign uniform and rifle in hand to learn how to move with the regulation equipment through different terrains. Thus, the Heiress

will not be free

of her until next February 9, when

she could travel to Madrid

to congratulate her father, who turns 56 today, January 30.

There will be

little family celebration in Zarzuela

because the daughters of the Kings are not there. Felipe VI has three audiences between ten in the morning and one in the afternoon, while Doña Letizia has

her public agenda clear.

Leonor will spend the day in class at the Academia and Infanta Sofía, at the UWC Atlantic College boarding school in Wales, from where she will not return until mid-March, to spend

Easter with her family.

The Princess of Asturias, in this quarter's busy calendar, also has February 20 marked, when the

anniversary of the creation

of the General Military Academy is celebrated. Finally, from March 11 to 24 there are two weeks of instruction planned in the calendar of the Defense University Center.

The Princess of Asturias and her colleagues at the Academy

will have a week off,

March 25, to be able to be with their families at Easter. For years the Royal Family has not kept an agenda on those days and

there have been no public appearances.

For two years now, the Kings have replaced their appearance at the Resurrection mass in Palma Cathedral with acts of a social nature. Thus, in 2022 they visited a center for Ukrainian refugees, an idea of Felipe VI, who wanted his daughters to know the reality of those who flee because of the war. Last year the family

appeared by surprise in Chinchón,

where they followed the spectacle of living passion. It was the Kings themselves who looked for a plan to do as a family that day, to the surprise of the town's inhabitants.

But before that, the Princess of Asturias has to

continue her training

as a Borbón Ortiz lady cadet. The Princess, fully integrated among her companions,

is preparing the backpack these days

for the training they will receive in San Gregorio starting next Saturday.
