As RBC reports with reference to a document, the authenticity of which was confirmed by a source close to the development, from the list of examinations necessary to establish disability, it is proposed to remove 250 positions, and another 250
to be recognized as replaceable with others.
As Dmitry Ligomina, director of the Department for Disabled People of the Russian Ministry of Labor, pointed out to the portal, to establish the severity of disability, the examinations proposed for optimization will not be needed, since their data will already be taken into account when making a diagnosis.
The issue of replaceable surveys refers to the use of alternative surveys. For example, if now both lung X-ray and tomography are mandatory for adults with a general diagnosis of tuberculosis, then the updated order plans to offer the patient one test.
It is also indicated that the updated version of the order also increases the validity period of the results of a number of examinations, tests and examinations by doctors.
