In the "Recommendations on Building Dongguan's Trendy Toy Industry Cluster and Building Dongguan-style New Productivity", the Zhi Gong Party Dongguan Municipal Committee proposed that Dongguan should strengthen the cultivation and innovation of original trendy toy brands and broaden the dimensions of trendy toy cultural consumption. Last year, He Yingxian, member of the Dongguan CPPCC, managing director of Huixun Group, and president of the Macau Dongguan Youth Association, submitted a proposal focusing on the high-quality development of Dongguan’s talents and digital economy. This year, his proposal also focused on Dongguan’s industrial development. One of the proposals is "Recommendations on Accelerating the Construction of High-Quality, Low-Cost Industrial Space and Supporting High-Quality Economic Development." He Yingxian said that as the fourth trillion-dollar city in the province, Dongguan's insistence on "manufacturing dominance" and "investment year" have become the latest topics. Dongguan must further promote high-quality economic development and achieve high-quality development of the manufacturing industry. Industrial space is an important factor in improving the city's competitiveness.
He Yingxian believes that Dongguan currently promotes the construction of high-quality and low-cost industrial space, which is mainly invested and operated by state-owned enterprises with certain capabilities. If Dongguan wants to gain market competitive advantages between Guangzhou and Shenzhen and attract more high-quality technological innovation and advanced manufacturing companies to settle in, it needs to provide personalized and customized high-quality, low-cost products based on its industry and product characteristics, production and layout development needs.
