It is also reported that Taiwanese car manufacturer Yulon Group has plans to represent BYD and Chery brands. In response, Yulon Group responded that the rumor was not true. The economic department of the Taiwan authorities stated that the export of complete vehicles from mainland China to Taiwan is currently not open, and vehicles exported to Taiwan must undergo safety inspections before being listed in Taiwan. At present, the relevant departments have not received any application cases.
