A case review investigation was conducted.

  After investigation, Wang Jiansheng, as a party member and leading cadre, abandoned his original intention and mission, lost his ideals and beliefs, was disloyal and dishonest to the party, acted as a "two-faced man", resisted organizational censorship, and engaged in superstitious activities for a long time; he had a weak organizational concept and did not respond when asked by the organization Explain the problem truthfully; want to be an official and make a fortune, engage in profit-making activities in violation of regulations, obtain large returns through private loans, etc.; have selfish desires, wantonly abuse their power, seek benefits for others in business operations, etc., and illegally accept huge amounts of property.

  Wang Jiansheng seriously violated the Party's political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, and life discipline, which constituted a serious official violation and was suspected of bribery. He did not restrain himself or stop after the 18th and 19th National Congress of the Party. Those who are still fearless and do not know how to stop after the Tenth National Congress are serious in nature and have bad influence, and should be dealt with seriously. In accordance with relevant provisions such as the "Disciplinary Punishment Regulations of the Communist Party of China", the Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China, the Government Punishment Law of the Public Servants of the People's Republic of China, the "Regulations on the Punishment of Civil Servants of Administrative Agencies" and other relevant provisions, it was decided at a meeting of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and submitted to the Provincial Party Committee for approval. Wang Jiansheng will be expelled from the Party; his benefits will be revoked in accordance with regulations; his illegal gains in violation of disciplines will be confiscated; his suspected job-related crimes will be transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution in accordance with the law, and the property involved will be transferred with the case.

  Wang Jiansheng, male, Han nationality, was born in May 1961 in Funing, Jiangsu Province. He has an on-the-job university degree. He started working in December 1977 and joined the Communist Party of China in December 1983.
