This is confirmed on the social networks of the headquarters, writes RIA Novosti.

The message says that a DDoS attack was detected, and therefore access to some functions and resources will be limited “for a certain time.”

Earlier, the Ukrainian Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War confirmed that 65 servicemen of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from the list published by the editor-in-chief of RT and MIA Rossiya Segodnya Margarita Simonyan were indeed preparing for an exchange that was disrupted after the crash of the IL-76 plane in the Belgorod region.

The Russian leader's press secretary, Dmitry Peskov, said that now no one can say how the crash with the Il-76 plane in the Belgorod region will affect the future prospects for the exchange of prisoners of war between Russia and Ukraine.
