The winners were determined based on the results of the selection, which was carried out by a special interdepartmental council, taking into account the social and economic significance of the project and its contribution to the development of tourism and the hospitality industry.

For example, the prize was awarded to one of the creators of the family museum-ethnopark “Tygydym Village” in the Yaroslavl region, in which copies of ancient buildings have been recreated and there is a museum exhibition.

According to preliminary estimates, the tourist flow in Russia at the end of last year amounted to about 75 million people, the government noted.
