According to RIA Novosti, the cards were found during operational activities. The secrecy of the objects has already been confirmed by specialists from the Baltic Fleet headquarters.
“The illegal activities of three residents of the region were suppressed... during operational search activities, the fact of illegal receipt and storage by the defendants of maps of the Kaliningrad region containing information constituting a state secret was documented,” the statement notes.
It is clarified that the persons involved in the relevant case have been given official warnings about the inadmissibility of actions that create conditions for the illegal dissemination of information constituting a state secret.
