  The special action focuses on rectifying the following six aspects:

  (1) Issues of promoting novelty behavior and violating public order and good customs. The first is to take advantage of the peak travel period of the Spring Festival to release misleading travel guides to induce netizens to go to "wild scenic spots" that pose safety risks, and to enter closed management areas in violation of regulations. The second is to associate Spring Festival traditional customs and emergencies with regional, occupational and other characteristics to stigmatize specific groups and apply negative labels. The third is to speculate on hot topics during the Spring Festival, and use pinyin, homophony, pronouns, etc. to make up vulgar and vulgar jokes, polluting the Internet atmosphere.

  (3) Issues of concocting false information and malicious marketing and hype. The first is to use forms such as year-end inventory and return home experiences to fabricate false content and exaggerate extreme emotions. The second is to fabricate and disseminate rumors and information related to public policy, social livelihood, transportation and other fields to disrupt social order.   (4) Problems of pornographic gambling and online fraud. One is to engage in online gambling in the name of guessing numbers, comparing sizes, or using chess and card games. The third is to carry out online fraud in the name of "Spring Festival blessing gathering", "red envelope subsidy", "collect likes and grab votes", etc., and use activities such as "holiday part-time job" to trick netizens into cheating on their orders. The fourth is to divert traffic to offline illegal activities in the name of renting male (female) friends back home during the Chinese New Year, traveling companions, etc.

  (5) Advocating to show off wealth, worship money, and chase stars without a bottom line. First, in the name of Spring Festival customs, bad content such as showing off wealth, extravagance and waste are deliberately displayed, and bad values ​​​​such as comparison and enjoyment are spread through online loan marketing information. The second is to hype celebrity scandals and gossip without any bottom line, and to set up personal lists and task indicators for celebrity artists in disguise, to induce irrational support for rankings. The third is to promote and hype feudal superstition and bad habits under the guise of changing fortunes and getting rid of Tai Sui, and provide paid online fortune-telling and divination services.

  (6) Problems endangering the physical and mental health of minors. The first is to use "Internet celebrity children" to make profits in violation of regulations, attack and prank, and infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of minors. The second is to release vulgar and marginal content in the form of hand-made stationery and animation creations, which will have a negative impact on minors. The third is to break through the restrictions on time, content and other aspects of the youth model, and provide product functions that induce addiction to minors, especially left-behind children in rural areas, in disguised form.
