“Today, January 29, the court granted the petition of the investigator of the investigative department for the Leninsky district of the city of Saransk of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Mordovia to select a preventive measure in the form of detention for a 43-year-old city resident,” the statement notes.
According to investigators, on the night of January 27, on the street, the suspect stabbed two 28-year-old men, as a result of which they died.
According to RIA Novosti, investigators believe that the cause of the murder was a quarrel that arose due to the fact that the men were listening to music loudly in the car, which caused aggression from the suspect.
